You can see my Bambam. She's my baby.
Like most yorkies, she has an allergy problem. Her vet gave her an antihistamine (like Benadryl), for me to give to her daily.
Well, she doesn't like the taste of the tablet.
I have tried to wrap the tablet in a piece of bread with pb. She unwraps the tab with her tongue, spits it out, without the bread leaving her mouth; she then swallows the bread.
Now I am just putting the tab all the way down her throat. As soon as my fingers leave her mouth... flying comes the tab.
I think it's hillarious.

Shelby did that all the time. I used to have to stuff the pill down her throat and hold her mouth closed until she swalled.

Try some liverworst. You can hide the pill in it. Also sliced cheese works.
I have seen dogs spit there meds and it is very funny and annoying. I have a Dachshund and she just eats her med like candy.

I use cheese, regular american sliced cheese. Just be sure not to use too much or you'll see some quick weight gain! The cheese mashes well into the pill. Maybe you could crush the pill a litte too to make it more difficult for Bam to separate and spit it out. Good Luck.
